All courtesy cars are subject to availability, if you wish to book a courtesy car please specify this when booking with a member of our team.
Courtesy Vehicle Terms & Conditions
Driving Licence Requirements
All drivers must hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
The licence must be presented for verification before the courtesy vehicle is released.
Fuel Policy
Courtesy vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel* and must be returned with a full tank.
Failure to do so may result in refuelling charges.
Availability & Discretion
We reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or cancel the use of a courtesy vehicle at our discretion and without prior notice.
Vehicle Care & Responsibility
Courtesy vehicles must be driven responsibly and treated with reasonable care.
Any damage, excessive wear, or cleaning required beyond normal use will be charged to the customer.
General Conditions
The courtsey vehicle must be returned in the agreed condition and within the agreed timeframe.
A £15+ VAT charge will be applied to cover the insurance add-on fee & administration fee for the courtesy vehicle.
