Great experience - the team were able to fit me in at short notice and did a quick diagnostic and provided full report. Thankfully, a reset of a sensor seems to have fixed the problem. It was quick and friendly service and would highly recommend.

As a first time customer with an immediate problem I was was very impressed with the response I received. On arrival I was greeted in a friendly and courteous manner. The technician who worked on my car had stayed after hours to help me out. I will be sure to return to them in future.

What a wonderful family-run business! From the moment I picked up the phone, the lovely ladies at reception were so helpful and provided me with a quote for my BMW. After being quoted almost three times the price at the BMW dealership, choosing M&B was an easy decision! They booked me in for the following week, and I was greeted with a friendly “good morning” upon arrival. I was even given a courtesy vehicle so I could stay mobile — such a thoughtful touch! During the service, one of the technicians called to discuss an issue, and they were incredibly kind, courteous, and explained everything clearly. Just two hours later, I received a call letting me know my car was ready to collect. The final bill was exactly as quoted, and they even provided a clear list of advisories, including when each should be rechecked or replaced (for example, in 6,000 miles or 6 months). Overall, it was a fantastic experience — honest, efficient, and friendly service. I’m super happy to have found my new go-to garage!

I've been looking for somewhere new to take my cars for services and repair for sometime now; it's difficult to find someone who is trust worthy to carry out these works in a professional, high quality, approachable, and cost effective way. Well I can now say, with confidence, that I have found that new 'someone'. M&B Vehicle Services took care of my 'everyday' car for its annual MOT and I have to say, genuinely, the Team there are knowledgeable, friendly (with a smile), and totally professional. Whether you have knowledge of cars or not, they treated each customer with the same respect and were very helpful. I was so impressed, I actually booked in my 'nice' classic car in for a brake service and MOT...I am very careful who I choose to work on my 'nice' car. Finally, the good news is...my car passed its MOT. Thanks M&B, see you later in the month for my next visit.

Perfect experience. Phoned up to have the air con in my car regassed. 20 mins later i was there and they did it for me straight away. All done nice and quickly, and i got offered a cold drink and the WiFi code! My car is now freezing! Which is perfect in this weather! 😃😃🥶🥶

We came to this garage following a number of frustrating, time wasting and costly visits to other garages and we are so relieved to have found them! I visited the garage for diagnostics of my car. It’s my first visit to this place and I should say that the staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Most importantly they will hear your concern without any rush and half of your problem is solved. The reception ambience is nice and ample space for parking. They are very professional and quick response through email. Thanks to Amie for that. I have booked in for an appointment for the repair and I am very confident that the team will not disappoint because they are well equipped and efficient.

Needed to get brakes checked (and ultimately replaced) Really professional & friendly customer service - easy to make an appointment, very slick to drop off & pick up car , kept me updated throughout. Price was fair. Will definitely use again.

Absolutely wonderful place right from initial phone call with Aimee who was so helpful & efficient in sorting out quote on clutch and booking in for fitting. Even went so far as reorganising their work schedule to accommodate the urgency of my situation. On fitting clutch technician called advising all done and how badly worn clutch & salve and dual master cylinder was, retested to ensure everything was working properly. I picked up next day and driven (including towing horse trailer) and is absolutely fantastic. They are my heroes and definitely have my custom!! Just booked in for full service & MOT.

The bottom line : full service on my family car saved me over 15% on my main dealer quote. The bonuses : the whole customer experience is welcoming and hassle free. The friendly staff are more than happy to answer any questions. The transparency : you can see the work being done on your vehicle via a monitor in the spacious waiting area. I'm also old fashioned enough to really appreciate a properly itemised and printed invoice and quote to keep for my future reference....not everything is better paperless. The conclusion : a good, positive, professional experience. What's not to appreciate?
